In the Communication Templates application, open or create a communication template. Click the Recipient tab. Click Show Table to expand the Role table window.

Management teams are a type of team that perform duties such as managing and advising other employees and teams that work with them. Whereas work, parallel, and project teams hold the responsibility of direct accomplishment of a goal, management teams are responsible for providing general direction and assistance to those teams.(“Team Management - Wikipedia”)

You will mainly use:

1. Task status: Set your task status according to your demanding process, such as [Lending] and [Returned].
2. Custom field: Tracup template has been pre-added custom field for common demands, which can be added/deleted based on existing templates to fit your specific demands for recording and processing.
3. Type: Appropriate options such as pass/fail of template settings can be set as required.

The Template Default

Task Status:	☹[Lending]👌[Returned]
Task Type:	[Pass] [Fail]
Custom Field:	Recipients Products(Text),Material Number(Text), Recipients Number(Number), Lending Date(Date), Expected Date of Return(Date)
Task View:	List, Board. File, Wiki
Custom Field can be shown:	Create Time, Expire Date, Assignee, Type, Recipients Products, Material Number

Reminder:

Custom fields, task types, task status, etc. In the template can be customized, and you can adjust them according to the corresponding scene.
